Position Overview
Responsibilities - Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for countries as assigned
- Liaise and work closely with payroll vendors and country coordinators to ensure timely salary payment to employees
- Monitor delivery of payroll vendor through agreed SLAs
- Review and check monthly payroll processed by vendor to ensure accuracy against agreed processes and standards
- Accountable to ensure accuracy of all employee data that is provided by payroll vendor
- Submit payroll supporting documents to Finance Department in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare the monthly and annual tax returns of employees and liaise with tax authority on the submissions
- Coordinate year-end tax matters with payroll vendors
- Assist in annual budgeting exercise, merit increment and bonus processing
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee data to management and relevant government authorities
