Responsibilities - Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for contractors.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance on payroll and billing matters.
- Generate and tally monthly payroll and billing reports (Margin Analysis).
- Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Assist new payroll system implementation.
- Filing of Form IR21 (Tax Clearance) and check IR8A for candidates.
- Submitting NS Make-Up Pay claim.
- Proficient in BIPO payroll system is a strong advantage.
- Able to start work immediately.
Requirements - Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Accounts or Finance / CAT or LCCI holder.
