The Role:

Processes accurate and compliant payroll transactions, reconciles reports, and ensures statutory filings with minimal supervision.

Responsibility:

• Executes standard payroll processes including time entry validation, deductions, and statutory filings with minimal supervision.
• Applies statutory rules to calculations, generates accurate tax and contribution reports, flags exceptions.
• Validates payroll reports, identifies anomalies, and reconciles data for accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

- 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
