Our client, a Aerospace And Defense company, is looking for a Payroll SOX Control Analyst for their Lakeland, FL/Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ The contractor will provide subject-matter expertise to ensure that all US payroll processes, systems, and controls comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and internal compliance policies.

+ This role will work closely with the Human Capital Management Project ,Payroll Operations, Finance, and Internal Audit teams to assess, remediate, and document control effectiveness as we transition to our new payroll technology.

+ Identify, assess, and document key controls related to payroll

+ Stand up control testing

+ Develop and maintain control narratives, flowcharts and control matrices for audit evidence

+ Recommend and implement remediation actions for control deficiencies; track remediation status
