Position Overview
Job Purpose To ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintain payroll records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide responsive support to employees and management on payroll-related matters. Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing Process monthly payroll accurately and within set deadlines. Review and verify payroll input for completeness, accuracy, and authorization. Capture and process salaries, wages, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Ensure accurate calculation of statutory and voluntary deductions. Time & Attendance Manage and maintain Time & Attendance data using SAP or similar systems. Process leave, overtime, and attendance-related adjustments. Ensure correct integration of T&A data into payroll systems. Payroll Administration & Compliance Ensure compliance with legislation (e.g. BCEA, tax regulations, UIF, PAYE).
