Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with an established organisation to appoint a Payroll & Rewards Manager, responsible for leading payroll delivery and compensation governance within a complex, operationally driven environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and the disciplined execution of reward-related processes.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will have full ownership of end-to-end payroll and will act as the key subject-matter expert and primary escalation point for all payroll-related matters. The role is firmly payroll-led, with responsibility for oversight of controls, compliance with local legislation, and close partnership with Finance on reconciliations, reporting, and audit requirements.
