Job Description
The Payroll Manager oversees payroll processing for hourly employees while leading the design, build, and implementation of a new payroll system. This role combines hands-on payroll work with project management, stakeholder collaboration, and change management to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.
Responsibilities

+ Process and manage weekly payroll activities, including preparing, reviewing, and finalizing payroll in accordance with established schedules.

+ Review and balance payroll data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal requirements and collective bargaining agreements.

+ Allocate Wednesday through Friday primarily to project work related to the design, build, and implementation of a new payroll system.
