Position Overview
Responsibilities Taking ownership of the full delivery cycle for weekly and monthly payrolls across multiple entities, while stepping in as needed to support team operations. Ensuring payroll compliance with statutory requirements, managing reporting obligations, and driving ongoing process improvements. Reviewing and validating FPS submissions, ensuring accurate reconciliation with HMRC records. Applying expertise in IR35 regulations, including carrying out status assessments and determinations. Managing and mentoring a team of Payroll Seniors and Advisors, promoting a high-performing and collaborative environment. Experience and Qualifications Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple payrolls within complex, multi-entity organisations. At least five years' experience leading and managing payroll teams.
