Position Overview
Payroll Specialist
Duration: 6-9 months
Work Mode: Hybrid position. 1 on-site work day required. Will be scheduled by the manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely and accurate production and distribution of payroll using company's software and procedures.
- Ensure the timely distribution of accurate data into company's financial systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers on payroll and timecard related issues in accordance with company's customer service standards.
- Assist in educating timecard approvers and timekeepers on timecard review and approval procedures, processes, and system.
- Provide timely responses to all payroll-related inquiries.
- Process and/or assist with the processing of company's bi-weekly payroll.
