The Role

The role is responsible for the timely and accurate administration of payroll, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and reportorial requirements. It ensures all compensation and benefits processes are executed efficiently, in compliance with government regulations, and aligned with company policies to support employee satisfaction and organizational integrity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Payroll is processed accurately and on time every pay cycle with zero errors in payroll registers and complete, timely payslip generation
• Government statutory obligations (SSS, PhilHealth, and other mandatories) are accurately computed, remitted, and properly documented
• Employee loans and final pay computations are managed efficiently, ensuring accurate deductions, payment requests, and required documentation (including quitclaims and certifications)
