Southwest Horizon School Division is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our Finance team. This is a permanent, full-time (12-month) position.
Reporting to the Secretary‑Treasurer, the successful candidate will be responsible for full‑cycle payroll functions for all employees within Southwest Horizon School Division. The role involves accurate and timely administration of employee payroll, benefits, and related employee services, as well as producing and maintaining personnel records in accordance with applicable legislation, collective agreements, and division policies and procedures.
