- Responsible for the Administration of Oracle (withdrawal of accounts)
- Responsible for the Administration of Employees Levels
- Responsible for monthly reports of Headcounts
- Responsible for daily reports of Rotation and Absenteeism
- Responsible 100% of the annual holiday schedule
- Responsible for generating and capturing the Annual Assessments (Exempt and Non Exempt)
- Responsible for Personnel Attention
- Ensure the implementation of the regulations and policies of the Company
