Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior CAPPS HR/Payroll Time & Labor Functional Analyst to provide advanced functional support for the CAPPS HR/Payroll (PeopleSoft) application. This senior-level position serves as the subject matter expert for the Time & Labor (T&L) module, supporting configuration, production support, issue resolution, testing, integrations, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration with State agencies and technical teams.
