Function Human resources Facility Position Payroll Administrator Introduction

A Payroll Administrator for Life Head Office, this vacancy exists at Head Office reporting to the Payroll Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, administering and processing accurate and complete HR related information to achieve error free HR processes in support of Company strategic objectives.

Critical Outputs
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly and interim payroll.

  • Capture, validate, and maintain payroll data including new engagements, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.

  • Ensure accurate processing of wages, overtime, allowances, and statutory deductions.

  • Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies prior to finalization.
