Requirements

  1. Payroll Management
    • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for UK-based companies, including calculation of PAYE, NIC, statutory payments, and pension deductions.
    • Prepare and submit all necessary payroll documentation to HMRC, ensuring strict adherence to UK deadlines and compliance requirements.
    • Generate and distribute electronic pay‑slips, P45s, P60s, and other statutory forms for UK employees.
    • Address payroll queries from UK employees and managers promptly.
    • Proficiency in UK‑relevant accounting/payroll software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar cloud‑based platforms.
  2. Bookkeeping
    • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (supplier invoices, client receipts, expenses, bank statements) for UK businesses.
