Position Overview

Become a Payroll Administrator with PFX Group, responsible for precise payroll processing across Canadian and U.S. locations. Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and a smooth employee experience.

This role requires comprehensive payroll management, working closely with the Payroll Manager. You will oversee timecards, ensure compliance with local laws, and respond to payroll inquiries. As an experienced payroll professional, you will help maintain records, produce payroll reports, and support audits and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll using Ceridian Dayforce
• Oversee timecards and time-off policy adherence
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
• Address payroll inquiries from employees and management
• Produce monthly payroll reports for Accounting

Requirements:
• College diploma in Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
