• Monitor transactions and user activities on and off the platform to detect suspicious behaviour and potential fraud.

• Conduct on-chain analysis to trace cryptocurrency flows and identify fraudulent or high-risk patterns.

• Review customer transactions for risks such as account takeover, social engineering, friendly, fraud, and identity theft.

• Investigate chargebacks and fraud claims, analyse loss trends, and recommend preventive measures.

• Analyse trading and behavioural patterns, including blockchain data, to strengthen fraud detection strategies.
