Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Designer to support Men s Sportswear/Outerwear and Men s & Women s Basketball Outerwear product categories. This role will own fit and construction from concept through commercialization and production, ensuring products are delivered on time while meeting performance, quality, sustainability, and profitability goals.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical design expertise with a strong focus on outerwear pattern making, garment construction, and apparel development. Candidates with experience at major global apparel or athletic brands are highly preferred.
