UPMC is hiring a full-time Patient Service Representative II to support the Ob/Gyn team in Lancaster and Lititz. *This role will be responsible for covering both offices, some days being in Lancaster and others being in Lititz. Days in each office will vary.

Shift/Hours: Monday - Thursday from 7:30am-4:30pm, occasional evenings until 7:00pm. Fridays from 7:30am - 3:30pm. No holidays or weekends!

+ Provide a warm greeting for all patients.
+ Guide patient through use of self-arrival technology or check-in patient at desk depending on patient preference.
+ Collect copayments and any other applicable patient payments at the point of service.
