Key Responsibilities - Register patients accurately and efficiently using the clinic system
- Attend to walk-in patients and handle general enquiries professionally
- Verify patient details, referrals, and scan orders before proceeding
- Coordinate with radiographers and clinic teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist in appointment confirmation, rescheduling, and queue management
- Process billing, payments, and issuance of receipts
- Ensure reports, images, and CDs/USBs are prepared and dispatched correctly
