Site Engagement Manager

The Site Engagement Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating site activities that ensure successful patient recruitment and highest data integrity standards. Managing a Patient Recruitment and Study Data Control team, this position provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and mentorship, ensuring site performance aligns with objectives, regulatory requirements, and patient‑centric approach. The Patient Recruitment Specialist and Study Data Control Specialist report directly to the Site Engagement Manager.
