**Job Description**
The Patient Liaison provides efficient, personalized, high-level services to patients to facilitate access to all institutional clinical services and ensure a positive patient/client experience. The Patient Liaison serves as a designated patient and client navigator, ensuring timely access to services and providing information and resources to constituents of the program(s). Stay current on Cedars-Sinai specialty services and provides that information to the patient, assists with medical record requests, paperwork, appointment/test/procedure scheduling and follow-up, and provides valuable personalized high touch services to ensure patient and client satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Serves as liaison between Cedars-Sinai specialty programs, patients, clients, and vendors
+ Manages the care journey for patients, including but not limited to, ensuring patients receive copies of medical reports, physician instructions, follow-up appointments etc.
