Maxim Healthcare Services is in need of a Patient Driver to transport a homecare patient to and from his dialysis appointments 3 days/week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Patient lives in Boulder, CO.
Responsibilities
Drive the patient and his homecare RN/LPN to/from dialysis appointmentsAssist the homecare RN/LPN with loading/unloading patient from the van.Meet at patient's home to load him into the van and drive him to the appointment.You can either stay with the patient during the appointment, or drive the van back to his house and return for it later to pick him up.Return to the hospital with the van to drive patient home.Hours
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays - time TBDQualifications
