Leicester Terrace Health Care Centre is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking, and approachable GP. This role is for a minimum of 6 sessions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and keen to work collaboratively within a diverse primary healthcare environment.

Main duties of the job

Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse practice population

Assess and manage a wide range of undifferentiated conditions, making confident and autonomous clinical decisions

Identify risk factors and early signs of illness, working with patients to create tailored care plans in line with current guidelines

Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical records for all consultations

Prescribe safely and effectively in line with best practice and local formularies

Manage day-to-day clinical administration, including referrals, repeat prescriptions, and follow-up tasks
