Work location: Texas Health Frisco, 12400 N Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75033

Work hours: Full Time Nights (7:00pm - 7:00am)

+ Variable three 12-hour night shifts per week for 36 hours/week; rotating weekends and holiday requirements
+ Six weekend shifts are required for a 6-week schedule period

Medical Surgical Department highlights:

+ 30 Beds Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit
+ PCT ratio 1:10 or 1:15
+ Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
+ The professional PCT exhibits understanding of basic human needs
+ Self-scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth
+ Will float as needed between Medical Surgical and Surgical Inpatient units
