An exciting leadership opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate educator to join a growing Catholic secondary school in Melbourne's west as Pathways Coordinator (POL 3).

This is a significant leadership role focused on supporting students in developing meaningful post-school pathways through strategic careers education, student mentoring, and strong partnerships with families, tertiary providers, and industry.

Working within a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership structure, you will help shape a consistent, high-quality pathways program across a dual-campus setting while supporting students to make informed decisions about their future education, training, and career opportunities.

The position is available for a Term 3 commencement or sooner by negotiation.
