The primary responsibility of this role, as part of UH Sussex Pathology IT team, is to support, manage and develop existing IT systems and electronic communications between pathology sites (RSCH, PRH, SRH & WOR) and its users in Primary care, community trusts and other healthcare providers.

The post holder will be the first line of support for all pathology IT and data quality issues. The individual will be expected to apply judgement and have a clear understanding of data quality within the NHS and experience of working with NHS information systems. The role demands significant initiative, flexibility and IT Skills.
