THE MISSION?
Just like Mamie's cooking when we were children, our cooking is generous but high quality ✨. With this in mind, you will take part in setting up the pastry dishes (desserts and sweet breaks) and respect Mama's values ❤️.
- You will be responsible for the quality of service, tidying and cleaning in the kitchen, and storing food ️.
- You will check and ensure that the supplies are in order .
- You will keep the Executive Chef informed of activity and assist him/her with all aspects of pastry-making .
- You will manage and supervise the team of pastry chefs .
- You will comply with hygiene standards and ensure that equipment is used correctly ✔️.
