Prepare and cook a variety of dishes at assigned kitchen stations as per standard recipes
Prepare desserts and pastries , including croissants
Create modern breakfast dishes using croissants, eggs, and other ingredients
Ensure food quality, presentation, taste, and portion control
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Assist in training junior kitchen staff
Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
