Work with the AHT (Attendance & Admissions) and other pastoral staff to ensure the implementation of the attendance and punctuality strategy.
Ensure a smooth day to day operation of attendance and absence monitoring for a specific cohort of students.
To complete Home Visit welfare checks for students with flagging attendance concerns.
To undertake regular student voice activities and take necessary action on feedback.
