Dedicated parts person located on Customer Site in AchesonProcess customer orders; source and ordering partsInspecting and processing customers parts returns and processing coresBack order management and daily updates to the customersExceptional customer service and collaboration with all facets of client’s organizationSupport parts orders from the local shop as well as from customer operations in other facilitiesSupport the customer with standard Bills Of Materials for work in the shopFirst point of contact for the customer to inquire on piece parts ordersQualifications:
Journeyperson parts certification coupled with previous parts, warehouse, front counter, sales experience and Caterpillar product knowledgeA high performance, positive attitude and the ability to build and maintain respectful working relationships; ability to deal with difficult situation...
