About the Job

Partners for Wildlife is a grant-funded initiative at The Raptor Center. It works to improve the well-being of all species of wildlife undergoing rehabilitation by increasing capacity, competency, and community, in a 7-state focus area of the wildlife rehabilitation sector (MN, WI, ND, MT, WA, AS, ID). These eight annual roles are set in the initiative’s strategy and budget to bring wildlife rehabilitators and veterinarians into the P4W Fellowship program each year, during which they participate in both in-person and virtual activities from September – May.

Primary Responsibilities:

In-Person Event Participation (30%)

  • Travel to and participate in three-day P4W Fellowship Kickoff workshop
  • Travel to and participate in NWRA Symposium, including auxiliary P4W-centric meetings
  • Travel to and participate in any additional in-person Fellowship components as developed by P4W team
