ABOUT THE ROLE

The Grocery & Retail team is looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our Account Management team covering some of our most strategic partners. As a Partner Manager, you will work efficiently and effectively with our Grocery & Retail partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. You are expected to constantly evaluate our partners’ business and operational performance, and independently drive cross‑functional initiatives to optimize performance. Partner Managers work closely with merchant partners as well as merchant support, operations, product and sales teams to manage and optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners.
