Part-Time Transportation Specialist





Location: Hempstead NY | Salary: $20-22/Hour | Schedule: Part-Time, 28 hours per week

The Opportunity

Make a difference in the lives of people and your community by helping them access services. The Transportation Specialist will be responsible for assisting and coordinating transportation for individuals to Family & Children's Association's Certified Community Behavioral Health Center for treatment services. The Transportation Specialist will provide direct services to clients by using a company van to transport individuals to the centers after being discharged from the hospital. The position includes helping oversee and support the agency food pantries.



Responsibilities


+ Coordinate transportation for clients attending treatment services

+ Schedule rides using online transportation systems

+ Transport clients safely using a company van when needed
