In this Relief Part-Time position, you’ll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team focused on individuals affected by sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections. Utilize harm reduction and integrated case management principles to engage and support at-risk populations, offering education and counseling in both clinic and community settings.
