Responsible for creating a welcoming environment by managing reservations, seating guests, answering phone calls, maintaining a clean reception area and assisting servers to ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure.

*Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to create a positive atmosphere

*Ability to clearly communicate and handle guest inquiries

*Quick thinking and composure to handle guest complaints

*Work effectively with F&B staff to support overall service

Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
