We are seeking a part-time Property Maintenance Manager to join our team! You will perform necessary work to keep the machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair. The job requires 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned
• Ability to Lift and Move Heavy Items (Up to 75 lbs) . Must be physically capable of performing tasks such as moving furniture, equipment, or site materials safely and efficiently.
