Position Overview:

•   This part-time  position will work out of our Hamilton, OH location.

The hours for this position will be every Saturday 5pm - 3:

• 30am & every Sunday 5pm - 1:30am during the Miami University school year, and will be working every Saturday & Sunday 5pm - 12:30am when Miami University observes the winter, summer, and J-Term breaks.


• The Operations Supervisor I position is crucial to the smooth and efficient coordination of BCRTA services.
• This role progressively develops in responsibility, with Operations Supervisor I focusing on entry-level dispatch and customer service tasks.  All supervisory levels involve troubleshooting operational issues, ensuring smooth communication between vehicle operators and clients, maintaining safety standards, and promoting excellent customer service.
