Position Information Position Title Part Time Dual Language Early Childhood Education (ECE) (Tacoma Program) Adjunct 2026-27 Academic Year Job Summary The Evergreen State College seeks a part-time adjunct faculty member for the 26-27 academic year with broad training and experience in linguistically and culturally responsive early childhood education who is interested in teaching in a collaborative, liberal arts context using a student-centered approach. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with students from underserved populations, and whose teaching emphasizes applied, critical, interdisciplinary, and social justice-oriented approaches to early childhood education. The successful candidate will collaboratively teach a 5-credit early childhood education course each quarter at The Evergreen State College-Tacoma campus undergraduate program using a dual language (Spanish-English) approach.
