The shift pattern is 9-6pm two days per week. A rolling fortnight of working Saturday/Sunday one week and two days off together the following week. Experience of working in a Kitchen is essential, as is a keen attitude and willingness to learn.

SUMMARY OF CORE ROLE

Duties include

• Preparing, cooking and serving nutritionally balanced, attractively presented and special diet meals, snacks and refreshments.
• Following food hygiene and safety standards, complying at all times with Company Policy and Procedure, Health and Safety at work.
• Managing kitchen cleanliness
• Stock control and record keeping
