Part‑Time Bookkeeper & Administrative Support

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper & Administrative Support professional to join our growing team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a structured environment, and is comfortable working across both financial and administrative functions.

Working Hours:

Part‑time, 3pm – 8pm (SA time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations accurately and timeously
  • Handle invoicing, including billing clients and tracking payments
