**Overview**

The Coordinator Operations position plays a critical role as a dispatcher for housekeeping and building trades by fielding and managing calls in the Event Command Post at Citizens Bank Park.

**Pay** : 22 an hour

**Responsibilities**

  These calls will be received via phone, two-way radio, text, and relayed verbally by other dispatchers. The coordinator will identify the appropriate team members to expeditiously:

+ Dispatch housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and employee issues.
+ Deliver enhanced fan and employee experiences.
+ Track response status to expedite proper resolutions.
