The Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine will be directly responsible for teaching, clinical duties, and scientific scholarship. Lead and facilitate skills labs for residents and students at our GME partner institutions, ensuring hands-on, competency-based learning experiences as needed. Design and deliver structured procedural training sessions to enhance residents and students clinical competencies as needed. Required Qualifications D.O./M.D. degree and AOA or ABMS Board Certification/board eligibility; and *able to be licensed in Tennessee by the Tennessee Board of Osteopathic Examination/Tennessee Medical State Board. Preferred Qualifications minimum of 5 years experience in clinical/academic medicine teaching and leadership. Academic rank will be commensurate with training and experience.
