The Henrico Education Foundation (HEF) plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing high-quality programming for the students attending Henrico County Public Schools. We contribute towards the educational success and well-being of our community’s youth.

The Part-Time Center Director will manage the Learning and Discovery Afterschool Program by ensuring a positive, safe, enriching environment, in accordance with the Henrico Education Foundation’s mission, policies, and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Manage the operations of the Learning and Discovery Afterschool Program, and summer program, if determined, to include enforcing policies and procedures, Program planning, promoting the Program, implementing the Program, hiring and training staff, assessing risk, and conducting ongoing program evaluation.
