Park Operations cast members ensure our guests have safe and enjoyable experiences while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Through transportation support, guest advisement, and area maintenance, operations cast members have a direct impact on our guests’ experiences.

Responsabilités:

Control guest flow and ensure safety of Guests

Interact with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests

Park Operations Host encompasses several fields. Beyond above duties, applicants will be assigned to specific positions listed below based on operational needs and response for:

Attractions Operations:

Greet and welcome Guests into attractions and theatres in a sincere manner

Screen for boarding requirement

Load & unload guests from attractions / theatres / shows

Guest Flow:

Give Guests an expectation of the performance
