The Role

• Manage end-to-end SOA preparation with a blend of strategy support and production.
• Collaborate closely with advisers, contributing to strategy development and mentoring junior team members.
• Work within a structured advice framework focused on quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Deliver client-centric, goals-based advice using passive model portfolios

Requirements

• 3-5+ years paraplanning experience with proven ability to manage full SOA production independently.
