Key Responsibilities As a Paralegal in the Assets and Structured Finance team, you will support partners and lawyers across aviation and maritime matters. Your role will include a mix of drafting, transactional support, client interaction, and file management, including:
- Drafting, reviewing and amending legal agreements and transaction documents
- Supporting transaction closings (checklists, document execution, CP/CS management)
- Providing post-closing support (document bibles, distribution, document management)
- Managing transaction timelines and liaising with relevant parties
- Conducting legal research, due diligence, and maintaining precedents
- Promoting best practice sharing and collaboration across teams and clients
- Enhancing internal processes to drive efficiency
- Monitoring and reporting on regulatory and industry developments
