Elevate is recruiting a Paralegal to contribute to support employment litigation and investigations. As an Elevate Paralegal - Investigations, you will use your excellent attention to detail and prior experiences to implement investigations services for our clients. You will be called upon to provide operational support for our customers, including managing intake and triage of reports, and collecting data, while maintaining compliance with the client investigation handling guidelines under tight deadlines. For this role, you will work with the customer's technology and will follow detailed playbooks and processes to interface within the specific workstream assigned.
