The Paralegal will work within the Legal Department for the Trade Transaction Management ( "TTM ) group. The primary focus of this role is to support the bank's derivatives business. Primary responsibilities include support of the attorneys and staff in TTM with the review, processing, execution of documentation and completion of administrative tasks associated with the bank's derivatives business. The specific focus of this role is the management of the end-to-end process associated with the negotiation and execution of collateral assignment agreements associated with derivative transactions.
