An opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join the Group Actions Team at Hugh James. Hugh James specialises in acting on behalf of clients in relation to various types of collective claims and has been at the forefront of group action litigation for over 20 years. Due to the growth within this sector, we have an opportunity for a paralegal or wishing to pursue a career in collective and group litigation to assist with the handling of various case types. The successful candidate will be assisting with the handling of collective professional negligence claims against firms of solicitors relating to the handling of cavity wall and mortgage mis‑selling cases as well as collective claims against insurers for business interruption losses arising from Covid-19 lockdowns. You may be required to assist with other collective cases.
